Richard Rotwein, CEO, employed 10 years and residing in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Rotwein earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1981. He started his career in public accounting and became a CPA in 1983. In 1984 he went to work for a real estate development company engaged in home building and commercial real estate development and management. Over an eight year period, he was promoted to Senior Vice President with overall asset management responsibility for a large commercial property portfolio, where he negotiated and closed commercial property sales transactions, managed tenant build out, directed property management functions and negotiated tenant lease transactions. In 1999 he returned to the real estate industry and joined MIMCO, Inc. in 2000, where he now oversees the overall property management and asset management functions of Mimco, Inc. In his ten years with MIMCO, he has negotiated and closed numerous lease transactions and construction and permanent debt placements. He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and California and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
