Robert S. Ayoub, President, employed 18 years and residing in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Ayoub is a native El Pasoan who graduated from UTEP in 1970 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He worked in public and private accounting for six years, and then in 1975, went into commercial real estate brokerage and development. He has specialized in commercial development, leasing, and sales and has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market. He is President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors, a member of the CCIM West Texas Chapter, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Business Association, and President of the Board of Directors of the of the Downtown Management District. He currently is a Texas licensed Real Estate Broker and the President of MIMCO, Inc.
