In Memory of Morris M. Marcus
Founder
Morris M. Marcus founded Marcus Investments Management Co. in the 1970's. He started buying and managing small apartment houses and then ventured into neighborhood shopping centers, which opened the door to great opportunities for MIMCO, Inc.
Morris M. Marcus passed away September 5, 2003. At 82 years of age, he was actively involved in the daily operations of running our business. He inspired us all by his attention to detail and his love for the business. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
